My partner and I offer a private bed and private bath in our home for a nightly rate to travelers from all parts of our planet.  The bedroom is big enough for 2 adults (no children under 12 please) and has a queen size bed with tempurpedic mattress, flat screen tv, microwave, small fridge, hot water pot for making tea or coffee, toaster, writing desk and plenty of closet space.  Our home has central air conditioning and heat for those rare days that they are needed.  The bedroom also has a ceiling fan to help circulate the air.  The bath is private and though not "en suite", it is adjacent to the bedroom and steps from the bedroom door.  The bath has a tub with shower, vanity sink and toilet.  Plenty of fresh, clean linens are provided.  There is a shared living area in addition to the suite where you may relax.  For those who may be allergic to cats please note that we have 2 lovely, friendly indoor cats that are allowed in every room of our house except for the guest suite.  There is also free wi-fi for your electronic devices.

We are very centrally located in the greater Los Angeles area in a lovely, safe, quiet neighborhood.  We ask that our guests enjoy their stay but to respect that this is a neighborhood where people live and work. 

Unfortunately, Los Angeles is a "car society" and that means you really should rent a car for your visit here.  We are within short walking distance to bus stops and there are plenty of taxi companies.  But the buses will add extra time to your travel schedule and taxis are quite expensive.  A rental car is your best option for comfort, efficiency and convenience in getting around the greater LA area from our home.  We have plenty of on street parking with only one day a week restrictions (Thursday between 7am & noon) for street sweeping by the city.

We offer a simple, daily continental style breakfast including cereals, breads, coffee and tea.  The breakfast is included in the nightly rate.

We have traveled all over the world and enjoy meeting fellow travelers and exchanging stories.  We look forward to having you as our guests.
